I have been to the pizza 900 in St-Lambert several times. I go alone, with just the hubby, or with the entire family. But, most of the time, I go for lunch during the week with just my one year old. They always give me a booster seat for the corner booth and that works out just fine for us. The last time we went, there was a new waitress that I had never seen from the other visits and she seemed frazzled. Yes, the place was quite busy for a lunch, but there should still be an ease to the busy flow. The pizza was still delicious. But I am hoping that the waitress was just new and learning the ropes and this isn't the regular service level now.
I have visited this restaurant about 10 times and I am always satisfied. I typically order the margherita or calzone because I believe they are the best options and they are truly amazing. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you receive. The portions are generous and the service is consistently excellent. This is my favorite spot for more traditional Italian pizza. The fresh oven-baked pizza with fior di latte and delicious sauce is unmatched. Both my family and my boyfriend agree that this is the best pizza place on the south shore.
Worst service I have ever received anywhere. Extremely unprofessional. Food is bland. Service is slow and impolite. The waitress refused to give me my bill and told me the amount.I asked to see my bill and I was told that the there was no reason for it, that was the amount... I insisted I had to have an actual bill three times before one was handed to me with a huff and a puff. When speaking with the owner I was left shock at how unprofessional she was. I'm amazed this location is still open. I will never again give them a dollar.
We absolutely adore the pizza at this place and we either dine in or get takeout frequently. The authentic Neapolitan pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and are not overloaded with cheap cheese. From the Marinara to the Arugula, all the pizzas are fantastic and reasonably priced.
