O'yammy Sushi - Reservar una mesa

Decided to try Niwa based on reviews. Spicy scallop hand roll, salmon sashimi, and spider negihama rolls were good, but not great. However, sunshine roll had too much rice, crab tasted very bland, it was rolled so loosely it completely fell apart when trying to pick it up. Biggest disappointment was the Kaarage (see pic) looks like chicken nuggets from a fast food place tasted like it as well.Too many other better sushi places (most of which are less expensive) nearby to go back.

We recently moved from SoCalif and have been searching for a great local sushi spot.......given the pandemic. Saw Niwa when I was shopping at the nearby Safeway. We tried it and it's outstanding. Family owned Superb grade of sushi. Still exploring the menu but so a small restaurant it has a very broad menu. Try it!

This place is amazing! Judging from the chairs outside I thought it wasn't going to be very good but the sushi was excellent and the portions were huge. Best sushi I've had in ages

Their salmon sashimi is really good and their staffs were nice.
