Panera Bread - Reservar una mesa

This location needs help. Always runs out of ingredients (my salad was missing 2 components, had to substitute other things). The staff did not tell me this, I just knew to ask because it happened to me before. The bread was stale and overbaked. The tables and seats were not wiped down. There is a real bird flying around the restaurant. It was there a few weeks ago, and it's still there. (Not sure why they don't call animal control to capture it). I go back to this restaurant every once in a while, hoping it will get better, but no.

At the time I was starving, so I ordered the Tomato soup and a chicken sandwich on black pepper foccacia (bread). It was so delicious with slices of pickled red onions, house sauce, lettuce, tomato and cheese and it was grilled, toasty and warm and it was so good, I ate every crumb. The soup was fantastic. Bits of tomato pulp and basil, exact amount of seasoning. My tummy said Thanks, I needed that!

2-25-24 Mayfair Mall, Wauwatosa, WI Arrived at 10:05am man at register no greeting just stood there and did not say anything. I gave my order and paid he dropped my change and it went all over counter and floor then dropped my scone cup on counter. Shame on this employee and Panera management for very poor training in customer service!! Coffee was luke warm and scone over baked.

I had planned to order a pepperoni flatbread pizza. Upon advising the cashier of my request, she responded that there was no tomato sauce.Who is running this location?How does running out of tomato sauce even happen? Panera bread, no matter the location is sorry . Just close up already.
