Papi's Cuban Caribbean Grill

Ate at Papi’s Cuban restaurant for the first time since it was in the same shopping center where I’d been. I’d had authentic Cuban sandwiches previously and was craving another. This restaurant really delivered! Their menu has a good variety of dishes and also reasonably priced which is a plus. I got Rey’s Cuban sandwich which was large and delicious; one side of French fries were crisp,crunchy and fresh. The Blue Moon beer was disappointingly not available so I got a Mango fruit shake instead! Yummy! The waiter was friendly, polite and attentive to my requests and needs. Thanks Papi’s for that great lunch!

It’s rare for me to try Cuban and Caribbean food near my house and I’ve had my eye on this location for a while. I can safely say I was not disappointed by the results. The atmosphere definitely feels like a different country and the staff are friendly. The food is super high quality, the mango milkshake even has real mango bits in it. The sandwiches were delicious, absolutely above and beyond what I thought it would be, the bread was so good. Definitely worthy of 5 stars! I’ll be coming back soon for more off their big menu.

They forgot all the condiments for my food and appetizers. And barely put any rice in the container. When I called to let them know I’m not pleased. They were unapologetic and didn’t want to compensate for ruining my entire order. So because of their nonchalant attitude I had to drive back up there and get a full refund. And still they were unapologetic with me coming back to the store. Never will support this business again!! It stays empty anyways.

Omg, the food is seasoned so well . This mojito is nice, sweet, and starting to kick in now . If I could have this food every night, I would. Get service, too .Food: 5/5
