The restaurant advertises cod and chips outside, but once inside, customers are asked to choose the size of fish they want and charged more without being informed of any special offer. The medium fish we ordered turned out to be very small and tasteless, similar in size to the small portion but more expensive. The chips were also soggy. I ordered some undercooked chips that were soggy. The restaurant refused to put extra butter on my roll because they claimed that's how they are supposed to come. I've had to call this restaurant before because all my food came cold and the man on the phone was very hostile, demanding that I bring the food back. I was only trying to let them know so that future customers wouldn't have the same experience. Overall, very disappointing.
