Through our overnight stay at Villa Altenburg the further arrival to Dresden was entertaining and relaxing! Beautiful new roads, little construction sites. The soli was well invested. Pillnitz with the beautiful castle garden, including the more than 230 years old Kamelie, is our destination. At noon we arrive. Luggage stowed, first visit to the castle park. On the way back, the Parkcafé looks inviting. We are the only guests in the well maintained beer garden. It's probably the confessed boss who serves here and hands us the cards. This is good, not overloaded and varied. The day offers can be read on tables. I like the daily offer with wild goulash, knödeln and red herb, but I am too lush...

Hosting a bus group of 45 people in 1.5 hours with lunch and drinks is already a performance! At the food there was nothing to put out, everything fresh and hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Price us performance also vote, really recommended.

The park café is a very nicely unexcited place to stay in a quiet and cozy atmosphere. The food tastes groundy, the peeled beer fits very well. Before or after the visit of Pillnitz Castle, the Parkcafe is a good place to stay.

So there are places you want to go back the next day. This is such a place! Great food, service very friendly, cold ascent from the barrel and great ambience. Price very good. Absolutely recommended.

A very nice restaurant right on the main road in Pillnitz. Very nice operation, even in stressful situations always friendly. Good food and fair prices for such a great place as Pillnitz.
