Pensby Kebab House

Was great not now. Ordered food on the website would not allow order after 2320. Once paid came up with pit was closed and our booking was going to be booked when opened. Rung and they jad our order. I aske for a 2330 delivery as at pub it was 2240). Got a call just before 2315 to tell me food was outside home. I was like ok let's make the best of this. Can you drop it to the pub 1 minute drive away. We were leaving to walk home. Could find it, tried to ring the mobile phone went to answer machine, tried the shop to get engaged. Trying to understand rushed home no food Went up £20 out of pocket no food and unable to contact anybody Long term customer lost! Lo9k at claiming back cash now .

I am extremely upset about my experience at the kebab shop! They not only failed to deliver my food, but when I reached out to them, the communication was terrible. The staff member used inappropriate language and lied about the driver's whereabouts. Despite my anger, the food never arrived, and the shop refused to take any responsibility for the situation. This is completely unacceptable!

I ordered delivery of two small fish and chips from this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality. The chips were frozen and thin, and the fish seemed to be frozen and coated in breadcrumbs. I paid £12 for this meal and ended up throwing it straight in the bin. I would not recommend getting fish from this place. It was a waste of money.

The food from Pensby Kebab Place was absolutely terrible. I paid £17.60 for 8 chicken strips, 2 chips, and 3 cans of drink. I will never order from there again, and the staff was very rude.

Ordered pizza, chicken kebab, popcorn chicken and chips with salad and dips. The food was exceptional, quality chicken kebab, the salad was out of this world. Staff fabulous and friendly.
