If you've made burgers and pommes for over 40 years, they'll be good. I got the Chili cheeseburger and it was delicious. The chili is probably some of the best I had, and the crushed cheese on the top really supplements it. Your fries are also top notch. They are similar to five types in cut and taste. Definitely taste freshly not frozen. The interesting part for me was the concept itself. If you get a combo, get your burger on a plate with 3 partitions, 1 for the burger and the 2 others can be used to fill with beans and frits or all beans or all frits... Best frits in town and delicious red beans! You fix your fantastic burger and place it, load your own amount at home cut old school friars and red beans. After we have an embarrassing amount of both and Odessa best chili cheese burgers, we need more stars for this 40 plus year old classic Odessa restaurant. We will return!

Not a bad burger and very quick service. I really enjoyed the fries. My problem with the burgers were the chili tasted packaged. I would recommend Permian Basin Hamburger company to someone and will most likely come back. One great thing about the place is the ice. Is really good crushed ice.

The best Hamburger place in Odessa. If you want a drink, fries and beans, help yourself. Burgers, pommes and beans were excellent. The place has been in business for over 40 years. I love it!
