Recently, I took my Son to lunch at the Santee location and it was a disaster!!! The service was horrible the food cold and nasty. Part of our order came out and the rest was forgotten or never ordered!!! We didn’t even get our drinks or utensils until we asked for them 3 times. Worst service EVER!!! My son and I asked to speak to the Manager and she refused to even speak to us. I’ll never go back!! I was actually surprised because our service and food had always been good. If it had been busy I would have been totally understanding but it was practically empty.
