You’ve tried the rest this is the best. Delicious food that’s not too heavy, is made with love, and sticks to your ribs. the negative reviews here, like so many other non Applebees establishments, have a certain porcelain quality to them, seemingly indicating many people in Richmond are way more interested in being cheerfully served by an underclass than appreciating good food. Luckily, they don’t stick around long anywhere to ruin the experience for others. Pho Thien Phat has persisted through Richmond’s rapid changes. Cảm ơn :

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants I was in. It's better than some I had in California. Tried #1 combo-pho, grilled pig over broken rice and grilled pork with rice paper. The grilled pig was amazing; super delicate. The Pho I had was small, but it had a lot of meat. 100% recommended and comes back! (live one hour away) And extra star for super fast service!

I love Pho! Ramen and Pho are my rainy, cloudy food. So comfortable. The service was fast, food was good, fresh ingredients large pieces of meat. Good. I was so happy to visit this place. It's cut, so use navigation. I had the chicken Pho #17 small bowl, $12.

I've tried it before, but the photo here was OUTSTANDING! Fresh ingredients and staff were wonderful. The portions are generous and the price is very fair for what you get. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

Been to 4 Vietnamese restaurants in Richmond area and this place has the best photo so far. The broth (before adding sauces) was intensely tasteful and savory. Very recommended.
