Piper's Scratch Pizza Shop

Having lived in Chicago for years, my wife and I know great pizza. We travel a lot and rarely find anything that comes close to the taste and freshness of pizza in the windy city. Well, Piper's not only reminds us of great Chicago pizza, it was better than what we're used to back home. The pizza was so delicious. The crust was perfectly cooked with a really nice golden edge. We ordered the Piperoni that had Double Cup N Char Pepperoni, Ricotta, finished with fresh Basil drizzled with Hot Honey. Wow...totally delicious!! This is hands down the best pizza in the Palm Harbor area.

To start off, I am a bit of a pizza snob. Born and raised in NY and my standard and expectations are based upon a thin crust with a slight crunch on the dough. Pipers' Scratch Pizza was fantastic. The staff was warm, friendly and the order to delivery was very fast. Most importantly, the taste of the pizza was great. The ingredients were fresh and their piper roni pizza was unique and positively memorable. I highly recommend it!

Love coming here with my husband for the Piper-oni (yes, that is the name, this is the pizza of legends, there can only be one). Loved so much in fact, that every time we order pizza at the museum where I work nearby, I now have the whole staff begging for Piper's. Don't sleep on this place, it's the best in town and I mean that truly as a New Yorker. Thanks Piper's!

Absolutely love the pizza here. You can taste the freshness in their ingredients. Staff is very nice and polite. My 11 year old like their pizza so much that we’ve brought all his friends here for dinner when they stay over. ?

So found this due to its high rating and it did NOT disappoint. The owner Jennifer was so sweet and seemed to genuinely care about our satisfaction. Pizza and knots were incredible. If you get a shot stop by!!!
