Today we had the opportunity to test out the all-you-can-eat offering at Pizza Hut. First of all, I would like to highlight that the ambience was really pleasant and welcoming. The decor was modern and the atmosphere was just right for a relaxing evening with friends. The taste of the food itself also impressed us. The pizzas were fresh, crispy and had the typical, tasty toppings you would expect from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, however, there were some challenges that marred our visit. You can tell how inexperienced and unstructured the management of this Pizza Hut is. The staff is (as it seems hardly or not trained at all. They usually don't know anything about the flyers with discount codes that were widely distributed and you can't redeem them. Store has arbitrarily refused to offer the Pizza Hut Large Deal on the grounds that the city is busy and therefore they do not offer a Large Deal. However, the Large Deal is not restricted and is intended as such by the franchise. The employees refused to sell the advertised large deal. The order then had to be placed for collection via the website so that the advertised offer could be used. Absolute impudence not to arbitrarily offer previously advertised deals and offers for profit reasons.
We waited almost 2 hours for the food. The salad is very small for the price. Pizza was very tasteless, salad didn't have much taste either. There were no spices on it and you couldn't taste the tomato sauce or the cheese in the crust. It's a shame to have to wait so long for the food and then the poor quality and the prices that are too high.

Food was quite tasty. Staff was friendly too. But selling drinks that have expired for 1 year is not a good service.
