The dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to in Thibodaux. The place had a strong smell of urine, making it impossible for me to eat there—it was so disgusting. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned or changed. You can get better food from the deli at Walmart. I don’t understand how the health department allows this kitchen to remain open; it’s worse than a bad diner.
Fantastic cornmeal dishes, delicious fried seafood, and flavorful seafood gumbo. You won’t believe the crowd that gathers on Friday nights—it's like most of Thibodaux and a good portion of the surrounding parish come out! This place is a must-visit for anyone exploring Cajun country.
we have to go here once in the 90s to take my dear sweet tante for a nice eating, she has since passed, we are forever grateful for the joy of the meal here, it was their favorite place to go and eat.
