Puccino's - Reserva de mesa

ZERO STARS. First time I tried this place. Ordered paid online. Message received twenty minutes later saying order is rejected, can be for number of reasons . Checked my bank, money taken by Puccinos. Called Puccinos (several times) no answer. Puccinos grotty website tells me I can apply for refund, may take five days. AVOID. I highly recommend this place! It's the best kebab I've had in years, featuring incredibly fresh salad and perfectly cooked meat. As for the service, we opted for takeout. The price per person was between £1 and £10. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5!
