Red Lobster - Reservar una mesa

I 'm giving this review a 3 and not a 1 because I 've been to this Red Lobster multiple times and every other time it 's been okay. However, I visited this Red Lobster on Saturday December 16th and it was the worst experience and it 's mostly due to our waiter. This waiter came up to us and introduced himself by using curses. Then we weren 't given any utensils but were given dirty plates. We asked for utensils and this man took twenty minutes to give us utensils. Once it was time to order, he was rushing us. What do you want to drink, do you want starters too? You already know what you want for your entree? After all that rushing, he forgot to give us our drinks and blamed it on the bartend...

The atmosphere was fine, and the service was good, but the crablegs had no taste. They literally tasted like they were just boiled in hot water. The last time I was there, they tasted like they were boiled in a bucket of salt now that they had no taste. Where is the balance? Do better Red Lobsters!!
