Restaurant Escudo - Reservar una mesa

I went with my adult son, first time. The place is in a strip mall very small 3 tables. We were there for lunch at around 1:00PM, The choices on the menu were very limited. I had the Portuguese chicken with fries, small piece very dry and way overcooked, my son had the chorizo sandwich and a poutine, the sandwich was ok, nothing special, the poutine had too many fries not enough sauce nor cheese curds. The prices are very expensive for what you get, lunch for 2 was $48.00. Not worth it!! By the way no service only one person works there cooks and serve.

We were completely satisfied with the $30 takeout chicken special! It came with a delicious garden salad with dressing, a large bag of seasoned fries with tangy sauce, and a whole Portuguese chicken. The meal was very tasty and enough to feed three adults or a family of four. The natas were also delicious and authentic. The restaurant was clean but small, and the service was pleasant and quick. Overall, we were very happy with the meal - a great balance of price, quantity, and quality. We highly recommend it!

The best portuguese chicken by far I'm so happy I tried this place the staff is friendly and the food is amazing. I'm a big fan of portuguese chicken and this was the best juicy and tasty my buddy had the shrimp appetizer it was out of this world will be back .

Staff is super friendly and this is a great place to order out. Nice soft well cooked chicken. Our family enjoys to order chicken from this place because of the food and the staff. They always smiling and making you feel welcome

Stopped by for dinner on a road trip, very welcoming staff, great affordable eat! I had a ‘’small’’ poutine that could have been shared with 1 or 2 adults ;
