I want to call out Jan and Angela, both of whom waited on us during our three-night dining. In particular I want to commend Antonio on being one of the best managers I've ever seen in a restaurant like this.Although it's in the airport, there are windows along the entire side of the restaurant, so there's no sense of gloom or even of being in an airport. The rest of the decor is upscale, relaxing, and pleasant.The wine list by the bottle and glass is superior. Because we had such different tasts we ordered by the glass. I saw the 5's, got to say for the price not a 5. It was good, as one person pointed out not your average airport restaurant. However, the price is very high and the steaks we had were tough and grizzly. Now I have to say the Octopus was wonderful, the ceiche wasn't good at all, and the shrimps were nice. Oh and as noted the service sucks. Overall solid, if you are not paying, go for it. If you are you might move on. My Argentine Rib Eye was so grizzly I should have sent it back. The others in the group all had that as well and all indicated that it was not a tender steak. Hotel restaurants are not usually fancy so finding a high quality restaurant during our stay in the Frankfurt Sheraton was really nice. The restaurant is spacious, modern decor and has an open kitchen (something I love in restaurants as it gives a more professional sensation). The restaurant speciality is dry aged steaks. We had dinner twice during our business meeting so as a group we tried many of the menus dishes. I personally tried the sliced steak with soya sauce which was very tender and on the second day I tried the grilled salmon which was really good. Overall the experience was good. Who would have thought that our best meal in Germany on a 2 week vacation would be dinner at the Sheraton Flavors restaurant the night before flying back to the states??The meal was incredible. Our 11 year old daughter said, "This is not airport food." And, our 12 year old daughter said, "The best burger I've ever had." She ordered Chef Edgar's burger. Also, the beef fillet was tender and tasty. We met Chef Edgar who happened to be dining with restaurant employees at the table next to ours. He was friendly and shared dessert with us. I tried the 32 Euro signature burger and have to say it was not only poorly prepared but that the ingredient combinations didn't work well either. I ordered the burger medium rare and got it well done. The restaurant manager still wanted me to pay for the burger even though I had I ly take one bite of it. Luckily after a short conversation he changed his mind. Service was not what I expected. I had to wave someone down just to send the burger back. Don't think I will return. Unfortunate as it is one of the few nice places in the airport.

The Flavors is located in Sheraton Hotel in Frankfurt Airport. You need to walk through the reception and follow the signs. It is a very nice restaurant with wide options. They bring the raw meat/fish to your table for you to decide, how thick you want your meal and weigh it in front of you. Their wine menu is also good and the sommelier is ready to assist if necessary. The service is superb. If you are stuck at the Frankfurt airport and still want to enjoy a nice dinner, Flavors is for sure one of the best options.

Went here for dinner and had the restaurant special burger - which was really good and cooked exactly as I'd asked for it. A good burger patty and surrounded by a nice bun too. I had the sweet potato fries with it which was great combination. Nice cold beer to accompany it made for a nice meal.

We always dine here when staying overnight at the Airport Sheraton . It is consistently good. The décor is attractive. The service is impeccable. Sat down at 8pm, didn't see sever until 830pm, wasn't able to order dinner until 845pm. Food came at 915pm.... tasted great! It's 948pm and I'm still waiting for the check. If you hate bad service, you're hungry, or you're in a hurry, this is not your place.

The dinner here was very good and fresh. Service was very good, and the wines better than average. The biggest drawback is the prices are very high...captured market. Breakfast here was very good, and also provided omelets and French Toast.
