we had our small family celebration (10 adults and 3 children) with overnight in the hotel and restaurant. they were really all more than satisfied. the rooms are large and cosy furnished. the view over alfeld is breathtaking. the directly adjacent forest invites you to walk and the children were thrilled by the explorer's path. in the evening we decided to have a tablebuffet. the foods were super delicious. fish and meat were cooked on the spot, which I unfortunately rarely experienced at buffets. everything was more than abundant and it tasted all, even the children didn't need extra sausage though and this was also offered in advance.The entire team was very friendly and engaged, but not...

we cried and after dinner for 5 people in approx. 2 hours in demand because we wanted to spend a spontaneous family meeting accordingly. we were surprised by positiw, as we were told that they came by, we want to arrange this for them. when we arrived, we were kindly greeted and led to a solemnly prepared table. it followed a good advice to eat a wine that fits perfectly to eat. the gans with the supplements, they were beaten and different sweet enough, was really very well prepared and plentiful. the great ambiente and the friendly, attentive service rounded off the perfect evening for us again. I ate every morning at the restaurant during my stay and 3 or 4 times at night (it was not open every evening). The menu is extensive, the waiting staff attentive, and the quality of food is amazing, with excellent value also. I fried a pan... steak and meat dish one evening, that was excellent. On a few evenings it was hard to be parked through a whole house an excellent recommendation in fact!
