Pietro and Mercedes are young, creative, all about quality, freshness (possibly local), a real breath of fresh air in the quite traditional gastronomic landscape of Ticino. One runs the kitchen, the other the dalle. The restaurant sits less than 20 guests, so it’s a good idea to make a reservation. So here we go with a tasting menu that focus on seasonal products that is predominantly vegetarian, looking to preserve freshness and quality. we celebrated the birthday of clara, we felt immediately at home, a warm welcome, the perfect place, treated in detail, the exceptional menu! I always heard cooks talk about goat sprouts, now I know what it means! savor the dish and feel every single ingredient and at the same time enjoy a unique goto, it is spontaneous to thank the land for the good things it offers, and also the piero schef that knows with skill it exalts them! 5 courses refined evening menu, very good and well presented. maximum flexibility even in case of allergies, intolerances and preferences for some ingredient. kindness is genuine and total. a place to go back to the eyes closed.
