I just needed to talk about our River Lady cruise last night. The trip was from our 55+ community in Monroe, NJ. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and quality of our experience. Sometimes groups such as our's are challenging to deal with. The patience and respect that the entire staff showed us as well as all guests, was wonderful to see. The meal choices were varied and of good quality. Preparing and distributing food for about 100 people is a difficult task. This was accomplished with great professionalism. Service was quick and efficient. First half was great beautiful views, sitting at our table enjoying our lunch. The ladies at the next table told the wait staff they were cold. Yes, there was a slight breeze but a beautiful day. So they pulled the plexiglass shade down at their table, great. But then they came around our table and started pulling the shade obstructing our view. I said you’re not pulling that shade are you? Wow! Had a great time. Lunch was delicious. The tour/view of Tom's River was great. Loved the Captain's information about the history of the area. The captain and crew were great. River Lady was beautiful. Loved it. Will definitely do it again. Great way to have lunch with friends on the water. Highly recommend.
We loved every moment of our cruise!! It was our 21st anniversary and we had a blast!! Such a smooth ride. Everyone was having such a great time. Dancing and laughing. Loved the music!! The dj was fantastic Thank you very much for a wonderful night!! You made our anniversary so much more special!!
