Rizzuto’s Restaurant and Bar - West Hartford

Service was excellent. Staff was more than accommodating. Three of four meals were good and one (the fish special) was barely edible. Fish is not supposed to smell like fish and this smelled of something left out in the sun. The small salad was large enough for three to share but the salmon entree was small. We have had many a good meals here so we will return but id hesitate to recommend this to a new comer since it may fall short.

the outdoor seating in the greenhouse is gorgeous and even has space heaters for when you get cold. the food is amazing. i had the seasonal butternut squash soup and it was delicious. everything about our meals was perfect and our waiter was super nice and made our night special.

excellent eating. bucatini carbonara was very good. the skalopps were fantastic with gnocchi and Brussels splashes. example for the love to detail. the gnocchi were so big that they were almost indiscoverable. service was attentive and helpful. the food was on our speed.

restaurant is closed but open table allows us to make a reservation! we traveled from the city with family for a special event and stayed without reservation at a busy Sat evening. we will not use open table anymore, extremely disappointed.

the restaurant is no longer in business, but it allowed us to make a reservation on this site, other people were also there that a reservation only to find the restaurant closed.
