Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. We were looking forward to celebrating our 16th anniversary by ordering Chicago style deep dish pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was left in the oven for an extra 10 minutes, resulting in a burnt black crust. It's shocking that the person packaging it didn't notice. The chicken wings were also overcooked, but not burnt. We will definitely not be returning, especially since they refused to take responsibility and offer any compensation. Good customer service means admitting mistakes and making it right with a replacement.
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The 12 inch Chicago deep dish pizza with pepperoni and sausage was delicious. The Philly cheesesteak and Caesar salad with chicken were also very tasty and fresh. The Philly had a generous amount of meat. We will definitely be returning to try more dishes. Our waitress, Neethu, was very sweet and provided great service. Highly recommend this place!
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Our pizza was overcooked and burnt, and the customer service was horrible. The manager, Tina, lacks any people or problem-solving skills. It's hard to believe this place is still in business. Head to the Flower Mound location instead, where the food is delicious and the service is much better. Do not waste your time or money here!
As someone recently moved from the Chicago area, dining at this restaurant was a taste of home for me. The gluten-free crust option was a delightful addition that made my evening. As someone with a genuine gluten intolerance, I found the food to be delicious. I hope to see gluten-free pasta on the menu in the near future.
