Snuffer's has been around for seemingly a lifetime since when they were first on Greenville in Dallas. It had been many years since we had eaten our teenage hangout!We were craving their Cheese fries and we found they had a location in Plano. The atmosphere was wonderful when we walked in. Their was plenty of seating, a large selection of a beer, and of course a cheese fries which we quickly ordered for the entire table. There was plenty for our table of 5. They were devoured quickly!Next, we all ordered different burgers. We came to this location because we really like their Rockwall location.Service was great, Robert R was a great server!Food was great, consistent quality from the other location. Cheese fries were on point.The lower rating comes from the nickel-and-diming that we noticed at this location. Apparently you pay an extra $2-3 for chives, bacon, and jalapeños on their famous cheese fries, which is pretty ridiculous for how little those items actually cost the restaurant. Fries no longer come with the burgers and sandwiches. It seems that other locations do all that now, but the patty melt I ordered would’ve been $1.50 cheaper at the Rockwall location. Haven't been to snuffers in forever and decided to go. Went around 5pm on a weekday and it was dead! Being the one of the only ones in the restaurant the waiters were all just hanging out and talking amongst eachother. Which I didn't mind until I ran out of water while eating and my waiter disappeared for 45min and another waiter brought us our food then also disappeared. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was HOT but tasty! My co worker got a burger and asked for no tomatoes and no onions and the burger came out having both on it. It almost felt like we were just being brushed off. Cheese fries were a classic and definitely were the star of the night!

The restaurant was great, but the 1st driver was terrible where I was unable to reach him through the number provided and even texted him to find out where he delivered it to. A reorder had to be put in and and all I was given was a lousy $10 for my inconvenience. The 2nd driver was amazing and clearly communicated and even provided photo evidence of the drop-off like every other driver I've experienced and was responsive. I was at the door when the initial delivery took place and status changed to delivered and there was no driver in sight.
