Sonic Drive-in - Reservar una mesa

Every time I go to this place I get the worst customer service I?ve ever received. Whether it be the 15 year olds or the manager. It?s never a good experience. I just wanna enjoy one of my favorite food places without being treated poorly. Impatient and down right disrespectful workers. I?m not the type to leave a review but it?s every single time. I see the owner in here so hopefully this reaches him. Please hire more friendly people and do random pop ins over the coms. You will be very disappointed

This has got to be the worse experience I have had at Sonic. They messed up our order more than three times. And instead of giving a new sandwhich, they scraped off what we didn?t request, like cheese. Maybe if you listened to your customers order in the first place, you wouldn?t have unhappy customers lining up outside. Of course I?ll still go to Sonic, but specific locations where I know they value their customers.

Easily the worst fast food place in Carson city. I work very close to this location and have probably eaten here more than 15 times in the last 5 months. The ONLY items that I consider edible are the hotdogs and the tater tots. Everything else that I've ordered food wise has been absolutely disgusting and honestly upsetting that it's even being served.

I don't understand why they bother to keep open, drive thru only is bs, every time I try to go here you can't walk up and I don't have the option of drive thru. My with truck won't fit but do they care. No and can't walk through the drive thru. Just close if you don't want to walk there feet to deliver to the patio.

Hair in the food 6 months ago tonight. It was mozzarella sticks so please tell me why. This place has gone way down hill. O/5 stars Would love a refund for both but don't see that happening. It's really awful because they used to be amazing ????????????????
