I came in today. And I know and understand that it is Christmas so open this day is hard as they get many costumes. But someone working in a fast and stressful environment still doesn't call for what happened to me today. I went through one of the stands and the person of the spokesman was able to understand barley what I ordered so that it looked even though I spoke clearly. They were nice for the first time. As soon as I came home, where the problems arise, they gave me no napkins, sauces, utensils and got my order wrong. It's been a while since coming to the location but this visit was unfortunately terrible starting with ordering through the speaker which I'm not sure if he couldn't hear me or maybe something else ordered a #1 with no ketchup. When I got my order I noticed they slapped every sticker they had basically signifying that my burger was just buns meat and mayo. Upon opening the wrapper that is exactly what it was, there was no veggies! When I saw the tots I noticed they were not golden brown but light colored and when I bit one it was like they just took them out of the freezer and warmed them up. So this is what five piece tenders look like. With three complete ones and the rest in bits. I normally don’t mind we make mistakes right but then once I took a bite they were very stale, my mozzarella sticks felt like they were sitting under the warmer with the cheese hard outside of it? Not sure what happened never have problems. Today was not good to eat at sonic?

So this will be wicked hilarious. I went to this Sonic. Their system is down so they can 't take orders . Did everyone forget that there is an invention called pencil and paper, and a calculator? The most hilarious thing is, and forgive my platitude, is that SONIC USE TO TAKE ORDERS WITH PENCIL AND PAPER.

Very sad food. My mozzarella sticks seem like they were sitting there 4 EVER. Didn't even eat them. Was sitting in the stall for 30 minutes. I understand it was busy but no excuse for my food to be so bad that I by the way paid for. Never again am I going to that Sonic again
