He was told to park in a to go space and someone would be out soon. After 15 minutes he finally called to see why no one had came out. Your location at 35620 US 27 Haines City, FL 33844, United States is terrible. I waited about an hour in the line. No one took my order at Intercom. I had to place and drive my order online. They don't care how they treat people or they have any kind of customer service. Don't excuse me or something. Someone has to do something about it because a business shouldn't work like that.

we waited 11 minutes for more space. our server came right past, took our drink order and never came back! we left and the man who sat in front of us went right behind us because he didn't serve! it was 145 pm, very slow and coworkers stand at the bar chit chat, including our! we go here at least once in the week, that was the worst at all?

Do not order from their site online. I received a message that my CVV number was incorrect several times with different cards and that my charge did not go through. Wrong. I was charged 3 times online and once in the store. Corporate doesn't answer the phone to fix this.
