Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

I hate to do this but it’s my only course of action. I placed a mobile order for an Americano because I needed to get to a meeting. When I picked it up instead of a splash of cream they had doused mine with cream and therefore it was no longer hot. I asked that they remake it which always used to be no problem but the baristas were clearly huffy about it and placed my remake at the bottom of their queue. I sat there for several minutes watching them make other drinks and finally left with no coffee so I wouldn’t be late. Very frustrating. What happened to Starbucks service? Apparently it is no longer what it was.

Y’all mess my order up everyday, READ THE TICKET RIGHT, i’m posting from my boyfriends account but my name is Karlee, y’all should know who I am for as many times y’all mess my drink up, it’s continuous and I don’t understand why your employees can’t read. I don’t pay almost 9 dollars for a drink for it not to be made right!!

How many holes are they going to put in these lids? You can’t drink from the travel lid because there’s a hole that allows the coffee to spill out all over you. Spilled that hot coffee on the front of me as I drove away because of the lid. Now I have to drink it in the car without a lid.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The order was quickly made. Lots of drive-through traffic and online orders here.
