the staff here welcomed everyone except me. I wait for 5 minutes on the mobile pick-up station and no employee spoke to me, they ignored me deliberately. several other people came up and the manager greeted them and asked for their order, but they never looked at me. When I asked for my drink, the hired and just brought him over. when they gave all others their drink, they said, "Have a good day" they said nothing to me. I will never go to this place again.

This Starbucks location in the northwest is known for being one of the busiest. Some may not be pleased with the drive-thru line extending onto the main road, but the staff work quickly to serve customers. Shoutout to Candice for her friendly service and contagious smile! She always brightens my day.

The staff is very friendly, but the menu board at the drive-thru has been out of order for quite some time. It's frustrating not being able to see the menu and having to drive up blindly. I've had multiple instances of going during their regular hours, only to find out they closed early.

This restaurant is like finding a hidden gem. The staff, especially Barrington Stars, provide amazing service. It's worth seeking out for a top-notch dining experience.
