Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

On 3/19/22 at 11:00, I ordered a small coffee and one biscotti at this restaurant for $5. However, I was not informed that they stop brewing coffee at 11:00. I had to wait while they made 15 fancy drinks before finally going back to the register and mentioning the brewing cut-off time. I declined their offer to brew a fresh pot quickly and expressed my frustration. I received my biscotti but was upset about the situation. If you're looking to grab a cup of coffee in the afternoon, I would recommend avoiding this place. I will not be returning as they held onto my $5 and left me feeling unsatisfied as a customer.

We used to enjoy coming here every morning, but today we were shocked and amazed when we left the drive-thru. It seems that a big issue here is the staff being a bit rude. One lady in particular was quite unpleasant when she rudely explained the sizes to us. We were torn between Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks, but ultimately decided on Dunkin' because it is cheaper, has shorter lines, larger coffee, and better customer service. Next time, we will be going to Dunkin' Donuts instead.

that's my favorite place. they are all always beautiful and fast. the staff are super friendly and they always make the pink drink super good! long drive thru lines, but it is worth waiting lol they must follow the drinks recipes step for step line to line lol

ordered an extra hot chai and it tasted like hot, milkfuff. no taste at all for $5.11. total tear!

Employees are always super friendly and my pick up orders are always correct
