Excellent food, price and service! I have been a regular since I moved around Kendall a few months ago and I can honestly say Subs 88 has met and surpassed my expectations. I am not by any means related to anyone who owns or works in the shop therefore my review is 100% honest and unbiased. Anyone who stops by will absolutely love their food.

Delicious and fast I love this place because it's close to my house there's never a line and the food is delicious I recommend the chicken teriyaki sub
