Went in to pick up my online order with my husband. And the worker was so nice to express her displeasure with how I ordered my sandwich. Not only once, not only twice. But the whole time we were there waiting for her to finish up. That’s all she talked about, she say “ew and that my order was gross”. First of all everyone orders their food differently. She was totally out of line embarrassing me in front of another person in the restaurant. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and just wanted my food and to go home after a long day. Showed up at 8:40 pm the doors were locked and the open sign was on employee mouthed I’m sorry and then asked the other employee if they should open the store shook his head and they waived me off 20 min before closing It’s ok you can just drive to 3300 so state street that location is open till 2 am.

Very unlikely to ever return. Upon walking in there was a knife on the floor that a customer was stepping on. Once he noticed it he handed it to the female (Kaylee) I think her name was and she set it on the counter and continued to make sandwiches with out changing her gloves. I won’t be back.

I came at around 8:50. I have order my food l. The personal didn't take away. Five minutes into eating they asks us to leave because we it 09:00 and they need it to close. I was myself and h customer a father and his son so. So we took our half finished meal and finished it in the car.

I went to this location last week. I was the only customer, but the staff seemed annoyed I was there very unfriendly, no greeting, no smiles. I asked for the seasonal festive sandwich, which is turkey with cranberry sauce. They said, We 've never done that. Really? Bah humbug!
