Sultan Fine Indian Dining

Cannot rate the food as the order did not turn up! Ordered by phone at 7.45 , rang an hour later, they said it was on its way. Still nothing at 9 pm, rang them to cancel, to which they replied I could not do! They said the driver had left the premises 5 minutes earlier, I said to cancel if not arrived in 5 minutes, after all they could have delivered it on foot to where I live in that time. Went to the Fish and chip shop instead. They rang me back 15 minutes later, I said I had cancelled as no one knocked on my door with our order First, and sadly last time will order at this restaurant, owing to poor service.

Ordered at 6.05pm, meal arrived just before 7.45pm, after having to text twice to report late delivery, chips and keema nan Stone cold with no keema in the nan, only saving grace were the onion bhaji which were lovely to be fair, sadly as a first time customer will not be returning.

I wasn't very impressed with the atmosphere of the place, the service was very rushed, the waiter took my food away assuming i had finished, which i was taking a break, he didn't ask me? Not all negative, the food was delicious, however i didn't receive a very good service.

My husband and I dined in on a Sunday evening. Was amazed at not only the value but also the quality and taste of the food. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Wonderful all round.

We come here fairly regularly for the Sunday menu. Starter, main and two sundries for £9. Cobra is £4 for a 660ml bottle. Food is lovely. Can’t fault it.
