This was originally a five-star review, but it has dropped to one star due to a significant decline in quality. As a DoorDash driver, I find this restaurant extremely challenging to work with. They have closed the dining room and won’t fulfill orders at the drive-thru. At this moment, I’ve been waiting outside for 30 minutes after spending 15 minutes in the drive-thru. That’s over 45 minutes of waiting, resulting in frustrated customers and drivers alike. It’s astonishing that they get paid $16-$17 an hour for this level of service. I placed a mobile order from work, just 15 minutes away. When I arrived, the restaurant was busy, but I still expected some movement. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. I finally received my food, but it took an additional 10 minutes for them to sort out the drinks. Honestly, I could have filled the cups myself in the lobby faster than that, and my food was getting cold while I waited!
