We go through the drive through at this location frequently, but had not been inside in a few years. The entire dine in experience was so amazing! The updated interior looks so good and has such a comfortable feel.We were greeted by Keagan who took our order. He was friendly, engaging and was far more personable than you would expect at a fast food restaurant.We spent some time talking to Aaron. We wanted him to know that our daughter works nearby in food service and after a long day of often unhappy customers, she regularly drops in to Taco Bell to grab something before heading home. I dined in on September 16, 2022. We had to wait for a bit as the place was very busy. After a polite young man took our order, we settled in but found it hard to feel comfortable because the music was extremely loud. It was so loud that I worried I wouldn’t hear when my order was ready. I asked the friendly young man if he could turn down the music, and he kindly obliged. However, within five minutes, the music was back to its original volume. The type of music wasn’t the issue; it was just excessively loud, making it difficult for anyone to hear each other, which only led to everyone speaking more loudly. Ultimately, it was too overwhelming for us, so we decided to leave.
the service was super! patricia and her whole team woke up for us. the cheese on my quesadilla was not melted as much as I needed personally. unfortunately I am a picky texture person. they have not even hesitated to make me a new one and it was perfect! very appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurants and the toilet as well. it was obvious that this crew took care of her job. I appreciate it with employees and I hope whoever manages this taco bell.
The worst tacobell that I have ever visited. They gave me beef burrito when I ordered bean burrito.I have never consumed meat in my life so far and this location had made me chew beef. I don't know how to express my pain. They ended up giving me the new burrito, but the damage have already been made. I had to wait for my order to be called, and the music was so loud that I couldn't hear my name. I requested for the music to be turned down, and it was for a brief moment, but within five minutes, it was loud again. However, the person who took my order was very nice and brought my meal to the table while also turning the music down.
