I have to say, the food at this restaurant was amazing! It was definitely worth the price. I ordered tempura prawns and flamed pork with rice. I decided to dine here because I had some work to do at the Melbourne Gaol, and it's conveniently located nearby. However, the service was a disappointment. I had to flag down a waiter to get a menu, and the food took a long time to come out. There was no offer for extra drinks or desserts. The toilets were also in a terrible state, with cobwebs everywhere and gunk on the floor. A thorough cleaning and improved service would greatly enhance the overall experience at this place.

Ill start off with saying the food was great!!! Probably 4 star fpr the price.. I had tempura prawns and flammed pork and rice. I went here because i had some work to do at the Melbourne Gaol and its about 100m away.. the service was a real let down, had tongo and get my own menu, food was brought out quite slow, there was no offer of extra drinks, desserts etc.. The toilets are disgusting!! Dont like they have been cleaned in years, cobwebs every where.. gunk on the floor.. a good clean up and improved service would improve this place!!

I frequent Tam Tam often due to its convenient location near my workplace and quick service. Not only is the service efficient, but also friendly and pleasant.

This is a great budget restaurant for lunch and light meals. You can visit the Old Melbourne Gaol and have lunch here, just a few minutes' walk away.

This a good budget resturent for Lunchand light foods. Youcan have a trip to Old Melbourne Gaol and have lunc here, 2 minuets walking
