Thank you Ava. Ok so I haven't been to overpriced Southfield location Friday's in years. The server Ava was Great it was a party of 28 and she serviced us all with a smile and she did great with the orders. Thank you Ava for the great service at this location. November 28, 2017 on Tuesday. Ava would be a reason to stop at this location, if I could give HER 10 STARS I would. Ava great customer service was the best I've received attending a birthday dinner with my family in years and we are always 25 Plus people with most being kids. Thank you, thank you Ava. Less slow service. everything our server should do from sitting to us, finally bringing menus, taking our drink order and then the rest of our order to bring the bill, it was as if it took naps in between. we had to wait for everything – and we were the only table she was waiting for. eating was decent what they would expect from tgif.

They did not have any tequila to make the drink I wanted. it was awesome that they were doing bingo but they also should have an area accessible for people that need to have a conversation which is what I needed to do. It was area to the right but she stated it was closed. It was way too loud in there.

Food was great. Service was great. Social distancing was great. Cleanliness was great. Where was the darn whiskey cake!

The staff was very accomodating. Our waiter was exceptionally good. The food was great.
