before, we were at this exit and it was pretty good. lately, however, it seems that it has reduced its standards and prices. first we went on a weekday so expected service well and not too busy. but the service was pretty slow. we had to ask for a drink two times. the staff told us that the cocktail was made. later we had to go to the bar to ask for her since she was forgotten. overall the meals were ok; they do not expect too much of free days only general burgers and pommes. the herbal fajitas seemed completely lacking in salt and full chilis. not great. Despite their enthusiastic promotion of the new coffee brand (illy), they claimed that the coffee machine was switched off by pm so that...

Friendly welcome and great service. We were a party of seven including a toddler and birthday girl, front of house team were excellent. These are obviously difficult times and no one presumably visits TGI for the food alone however my burger was awful, with a...pattie that had the look taste and texture of a burger cooked an hour or more earlier and kept warm or more likely reheated (burger van style). Even aside from the cost it was poor, below fast food quality and nowhere near Five Guys. The tv monitor above us boasted of juicy burgers, not leathered. Come on guys, freshly cooked burgers is not a lot to ask for the price. Our total bill was close to and we enjoyed visit apart from the foo...

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my grandparent's birthday. The meal was delicious, especially the steak which was cooked perfectly to our liking. However, I was disappointed to find out that they did not offer any discounts for blue light or armed forces personnel when it came time to pay the bill. I believe it is important for businesses to show support for our forces and emergency services by offering discounts. I may visit this restaurant again in the future, but only if they recognize and appreciate all emergency services.

I and my partner often come here because we love eating and the service is always excellent. our favorite waiter is ivo, nothing is too much for him. Many thanks that they always make our visit fantastic and for the best cocktails all around.

had a nice meal in a Saturday evening, place was really busy, but the food and service was excellent, also with the additional pressure of a full restaurant the staff was great and cared for us. will again go many thanks
