I’m giving this place 1 star. The food and cookies were really disappointing. The only reason I’m leaving a star at all is because of the excellent service I received from the woman at the counter; she was very helpful. However, the location and the environment were uninviting, which made me hesitate to even go inside. Unfortunately, the location really makes a difference, and this one falls short.

I can't comment on the service because when I walked in, I waited for a couple of minutes, and no one came out to assist me. There wasn't a bell to ring or a buzzer to push, and I wasn't going to shout for help just to spend my money. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

I've visited this place a few times, and the cookies are really good—I would give them an 8 out of 10 stars. Each cookie costs $5, and they offer a great variety of flavors. Plus, you can have your cookies warmed up in the microwave, which is a nice touch!

Typically, this restaurant is a decent choice, but I had a disappointing experience last night when I found wrappers and plastic baked into my cookie. They really need to improve their quality control and hold their staff accountable.

The cookies here are excellent! Each cookie is the size of three regular ones and quite thick. Be sure to call ahead to confirm that they have your favorite cookie available.
