The Crushed Tomato Lafayette

We happened upon this pizzeria and hoped for the best. While “tidy” I wouldn’t call the tables chairs clean as the seemed sticky. We were the only customers eating in though a few came by for pick up. I ordered water with lemon, no lemon provided. I asked again and was given lemon packets. The others in our group ate pizza and said it was very good. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about my salad. I guess no one knows how to make a salad?? And the dressing was thick gloppy! Glad it was served on the side. The service was uber casual, but maybe it’s the norm for this small town? Whatever the case, this dining experience was NOT one I’ll be repeating.

I loved the look of the restaurant, and the pizza was the best I've had close to home. Staff were helpful and fast.

Jade was our server today and was very sweet! We recommend asking for her. The food was also amazing.
