Returned after some time away boy what a total mess. Three barstaff on a Sunday (4pm) afternoon, bar with dirty plates piled up. Tables filthy sticky. Bar staff totally unorganised and clearly manager isn 't upto the task. Ordered drink on app as first one took an age to get served. After over 10min I went to the soaking wet bar to see one girl with the drink orders strewn over surface fiddling with the orders. Stated I 'm awaiting order and was told we 're very busy you 'll just have to wait. Informed her I 've been observing and your not that busy. The two bar staff are but get the others out to serve. Let me say up front I'm a fan of Wetherspoons they generally provide a decent meal at a fair price; and the customer (should) know what to expect. However our recent visit here food wise left a lot to be desired. My wife ordered a steak and jacket potato It came without the promised mushroom or butter for the potato.....So I asked the (friendly) staff if they could get this which they did I then went back to our table to then find the curry I'd ordered had the mango dip missing, my garlic nan (which I'd paid a small premium for) being a plain nan and the rice just one big solid lump of microwaved rice......Mmmmm. As a family we have spent hundreds in this place since it opened. Not any more since they refused to refund money which they took from our 20 year old son, who they then claimed was underage. When I attended I was met with a smirking, rolling eyes, aggressive bearded manager who point blank refused to pay back the money. It was only when I created a scene that they seemed to relent. This manager should never be in a customer facing role, he is a rude person who doesn't care about loyal customers. In the end he tried to provoke a fight so that the goons on security would eject me, a previously regular customer. I went to this restaurant for breakfast on a Sunday. When I tried to order, I was told they were out of pancakes and muffins, so I had to choose something else. There was no hot chocolate available when I went to get drinks. The bacon sandwich I received was cold, and the vegetarian breakfast was decent except for the raw, cold tomato that seemed to come straight out of the fridge. After we received our meals, other customers were informed that they had also run out of bread. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience and felt like a waste of money. Reserva una mesa ahora

This Wetherspoons pub is the best I've been to so far. The decor is nice and the toilets and tables are clean. The drinks and food are very affordable, as is usually the case with Wetherspoons pubs. I had never tried the food at a Wetherspoons pub before, but I decided to give it a shot and ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was, although I was disappointed by the garlic naan bread, which was dry and lacked garlic flavor, but was soaked in butter. The two popadoms were also dry and came without any dips.

Staff friendly enough. Food adequate. Needs to be more healthy but that’s Wetherspoons! Not a great atmosphere. Better in day. Great ales kept ok. Packed full of kids every night upstairs and even with doorman at weekends loads underage. Most well behaved I have to say. Tables can get left and be sticky and horrid. They do well here as most places around expensive. So if you want cheap you have to put up with things like a guy just next to me fell asleep on a stool! Toilets stunk as well. Daytimes a better experience in my opinion.

The manager Paul asked us to leave after he made up threats from one of our fellow colleagues. She was just going to take her ID from the bag, he followed her and kept uncomfortably close. He was rude when we attempted to resolve the situation peacefully. Never going back to this place again.

The bar staff are rude, untrained, and belligerent. The quality of the service has steadily declined over the past few years. The best way to order drinks or food is to go upstairs and use the app. The service at the bar is slow and unfriendly, to the point of being insulting. Reserva una mesa ahora

The tables are not getting clean When I asked to clean the table before food was served I was told that they don’t have anything to clean the tables with, Basicaly you eat on top of someone else Mack.

Food was okay for a Wetherspoons, but the pub is so nice , very quant . Has a lot of history of the building . Nice area Muswell Hill .
