On Wednesday 23 August 2023 in the morning I went with my friend Lisa to this place for a cup of coffee. I saw an old metal board which a figure was holding it and I browsed the board which states (the visual explanation of) all the different kinds of coffees, such as cappuccino, latte, americano, espresso, etc. I noticed the ‘black eye’, which I thought that it was kind of funny and I would like to try that one. So I ordered a ‘black eye’ at the till, but the maid looked puzzled at me and said me that she had never heard of that one. She then discussed with the other members of staff. I said: “Never mind, an americano would do fine.”, so I got an americano and paid for it. I sat at the terr...
Food not brilliant cheese on toast burnt. Howver, they insist you leave your trolley outside the cafe out of sight. I have questioned this before but they insist. Today my trolley was taken with my coin in. I asked to speak to the manager and asked are they liable if someone takes our shopping whilst you are eating. She was rude and said it was only a pound and no they are not liable. I replied if that's her answer we will not come again she said that's fine We travel a distance to look at ACC and then go to the planet for a treat. Will certainly not go in again. I want their customers to be aware they are leaving there shopping at planets insistence but they won t reimburse you if anything...
Used to come to Planet Cafe all the time as I work locally on Birchwood Park. I went a few weeks ago and the food wasn't up to the standard I remember, but it was very busy so I didn't really think much of it. Returned today. Burgers were so disgusting, so overcooked I couldn't believe the chef was happy to send it out. I cut as much of the burnt bits off but I still couldn't taste beef through the taste of the charcoal. Not sure if it is under new ownership? it used to be great so I'm not sure what has happened. Certainly won't be back.
Had the all day breakfast what a joke asked could i swap the sausage for another piece of bacon and they said no told them I don't eat sausage but wouldn't change it so i had a sausage that ended up wasted the beans the tomatoes the ash brown were all cold including the bacon the only thing that was hot were the 2 fried eggs and that's only because they cant leave a fried egg to go cold and stagnate this place i will never recommend and never visit again oh and no mushrooms call that on English breakfast its a joke Reserva una mesa ahora
The café is impeccably clean and has a strong commitment to environmental issues. The staff is courteous, neat, and helpful. Unfortunately, the food quality is lacking. The sausages were gristly and greasy with a bitter taste, while the bacon was full of fat. It would be beneficial to purchase fresh ingredients from a reputable butcher instead of frozen ones. This café has potential, but the cheap food quality is evident.
We are regulars at Planet. Great place, prices very reasonable, excellent service. The staff here are lovely. Greet us like friends.Had the burgers today. Classic cheese, and tex mex. Best burgers ever. 100 beef patties. Better than the highly overpriced burgers we had recently at GR in Las Vegas! Please support this local business.They work so hard.
We stopped by for poached egg on toast and two flat whites. We finished our flat whites but had to wait another 10 minutes for our breakfast, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. There was no apology or refill, we were simply left to wait. Birchwood needs some competition as this restaurant is becoming too complacent.
We had another fantastic breakfast at this restaurant! We operate an artisan stall at the Birchwood Shopping Centre every quarter and the team here always takes great care of us. Their delicious breakfast keeps us energized during our busy days at the stall. Thank you, Cutch! Reserva una mesa ahora
popped in while shopping the Staff was Really Friendly Very Helpful l had a design yourself Breakfast Egg Bacon Hash Brown Mushrooms Fresh Tomatoes Beans Toast Tea it was cooked perfectly one of the nicest breakfasts l've had for a while will certainly be poppin in again
