"its a big spot with a bit of a queue, but its mostly the usual fare offered by fresh sandwich places all over the country, that said the staff were lovely and we sat out in the rear courtyard on a sunny afternoon which was lovely"

When I requested to speak to a manager or another staff member, I was informed that there was no manager and all staff would agree with the policy on ham. This lack of service and accommodation for children was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this cafe. I would advise families with children to avoid this establishment and try other nearby cafes that are more accommodating. It seems petty to argue over a slice of ham, but it's the principle that one customer could be accommodated while another could not.

Was on work placement and nipped in here on my own for soup and a toasted sandwich, I enjoyed it, was tasty. Building is quite dark but I liked it, plenty of space and goes right up the back with plenty room to social distance. This is in the diamond Derry and close to all shopping areas so nice wee stop off mid way through a girlie day shopping or just for a girlie lunch would recommend as a lite bite

Just dropped in for a coffee and a sausage roll with my wife on a morning out. Decor and ambience of place lovely, no table service and que for service was slow. Coffees very nice and well presented, but sausage roll was served without garnish, just placed on a plate on its own. It was very dry with very little meat, mostly pastry that was left on the plate.

A very popular self service eatery with some wonderfully eccentric furnishings and decor. There is a big choice of fillings for baguettes. Mine was chicken and brie which was excellent. Being greedy I also had the chicken cream fan which was served warm and was utterly gorgeous. Great coffee and good value.
