We have lived in the Kamloops area for over years and we finally discovered this little gem when we were out carpet shopping. Its nestled off the main hwy, in the middle of the industrial area, but it looks like all the workers from...the surrounding businesses know about this place and eat here lots. We stopped in for late breakfast/early lunch and the food and service was excellent. I had the breakfast poutine that was delicious topped with two farm fresh eggs smothered in hollandaise sauce, so yummy! My hubby had the baron of beef that was also delicious with lots of homemade fries. We will definitely go back
I went here after googling where to find homemade cabbage rolls and I was not disappointed. I bought them frozen and brought them home to heat up and they were delicious. Tasted like they were from scratch. I also opted to eat here and had...a great Benedict. It looks run down and more like a cafeteria but the food is really really good. I will definitely be back to eat here and pick up more of those tasty cabbage rolls :
I have been scouting around for good breakfast places in Kamloops, and I am pleased to say I will be returning here. There are approximately types of eggs benedict on the menu, so I will be trying that out next visit. I was looking...for a keto bacon and egg breakfast place in the Aberdeen Sahali area, since most of the other breakfast places are generally in the downtown areas
Stopped in here for a bowl of soup with my Mother and was very surprized to find such a great little cafe for home made soups, sandwiches , breakfast menu, and a fresh salad bar and many buffet choices. On Fridays they have a great...buffet with cabbage rolls, perogies, etc. They also provide take-away frozen meals and can barely keep up with the demand

Delicious home made food, with a menu with lots of variety. Meals are large portions and service excellent. Soups are amazing and you can even buy some to keep in your freezer for those days when you need a quick meal. I especially love the...dill dressing for the salads. Worked in the area for years but this is new to me. Crock pot soup is awesome, salad bar perfect for lunch and daily specials. Great value of comfort food. This is where the local business people eat. This is where I’ll eat more often....Friday has a hot buffet which changes weekly. Always a treat
Was in Kamloops having my Truck Serviced with my elderly dad. Asked Toyota where a good place to eat was. Stock Pot Cafe was recommended and Extremely Delightful! Food and service are Star! The Hash is Sooo Yummy!! Can’t wait to get my truck...serviced again so we can go back.
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Dirty, greasy, poor service, and high prices for this kind of "value". I had a lunch with colleagues and it was bad. My fish and chips was overcooked and burned. Lots of salt, tap chlorinated water....and the list goes on. Don't go...there

Great homemade food at great prices. We have never been disappointed with anything we have ever had. Do yourself a favour and take home some of their Dill Pickel soup for under bucks!!!!....oh ya and the Monte Cristo is outstanding!!!
the fact they have a salad bar is AWESOME.. not always fresh close to closing time.. but have good home cooked food, and you can buy frozen soups too that help for a day you dont want to cook
