Thirsty Owl Wine And Bistro

We first went on Monday and had delicious tapas, sangria and wine. My friend considered the sangria the best she has ever had. The atmosphere was welcoming, upscale, but laid back at the same time. The staff was attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had such A nice time that we went back on Wednesday and had drinks after spending the day at the race track. I highly recommend this establishment and I look forward to coming back again all the way from Cape Cod!

Baby shower event. Absolutely perfect. Friendly staff. Lindsey incredible coordinator. Food, drink spectacular. Couldn’t have been any better. Many guests new to Thirsty Owl were duly impressed. They definitely will be back. Thank you for such a special time. Dr Gretchen Allen

The tasting room and restaurant are the perfect place to try NY state wines coupled with delicious fare. Ryan and the staff were so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed every scrumptious bite and only regret we live hundreds of miles from here and won't be back for a while.
