Probably the worst experience we got. All order were somehow messed up.Ordered a sandwich and everything was ok and they prepared it but they did not charge us and we had to ask for it before they realized it 's part of our order.Ordered iced capp but it 's like iced coffee, ice are all melted after 5 mins. Most of the time the ice last longer than an hourOrdered iced coffee mocha but gave us without mocha .Ordered hot chocolate but so bland and it 's not thick like any other hot choco from other tims.Normally I understand if my order got messed up but this is 4 items and it 's not even that busy!

Very nice staff. I love going to this location. They do a wonderful job. Very friendly and make my coffee the right way. Never had a problem with my order. I give then 5 stars.
