Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

Everytime I go there I have a complaint and I always call them to complain. I ask for butter, they dont do it ! My hashbrown is never in a sleeve, just dropped to bottom of bag! I always have to ask for a tray when I have 2 or more coffees! And they never ever give you napkins!! Big one is....The cleanliness of the store is terrible and the bathrooms DO NOT USE ! ....DISGUSTING !!!!!

Ditto for my review at the other location (on York Rd . This branch, too, is clean, fast, friendly and efficient. If you want more place to spread out, this is the one, though there is no drivethrough. Also there are no bagels (sob ! if you get there too early in the morning, so you would have to head across to York Rd for your fix.

I have NEVER seen more then 2 employees working at this place.. took 15 minutes to make my sandwich because one employee was taking orders and the other was cleaning. This place also looks like it was abandoned and a few guys wanted to dress up in a Tim’s uniform and serve food and drinks. Stay away from

Being the only person at the time 8:30 am and ordered a take 12 the service was not as fast as expected, but I did get a fresh pot made for more order so it was nice and fresh. The display case was not overly filled so options for bakery items were limited.

Worst customer service and the cashier serves muffins with bare hands. He gave me the Wong muffins and muffins looked a few days old. Absolutely gross ?
