Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

I will explain what happened yesterday morning. The store is clean and well-organized, which I'm very satisfied with. However, I'm not satisfied with the service from the staff. Almost all of the staff had blank expressions and didn't seem to smile. I tried to place an order at the kiosk, but it didn't go through due to a machine malfunction. I informed them, and they said it would be fine and asked me to try again. So, I tried again, but it still didn't work, and I had to inform them again later. However, they didn't even offer a simple apology. I had no choice but to place my order at the counter, and while waiting for my order, a staff member brought the food, shouted once, left it there,...

Yesterday I was mortified by this location and the way they treated other human beings. I was enjoying my morning coffee when 4 police officers entered the restaurant apparently called by management to remove “homeless” people from the restaurant. These people were paying customers who hadn’t even finished their coffees and they were asking them to leave. They were doing nothing wrong but enjoying their coffee and breakfast. I was embarrassed as a human being to see this happen. All because they had backpacks with them? They weren’t making a scene, no noise…nothing. Disgusting! Will never return to this restaurant again. Shame shame

I am so surprised the way this location is managed, any proper trainings provided even ? Minimum customer acknowledgment ? sitting there to have some relaxing time , the staff constantly speak hindi very loudly and I am not sure if they are fighting or if it’s the tone! nothing wrong with that language,though).Tonight one of the staff with no hesitation and loudly told her colleague to SHUT UP !!!!! Come on guys, seriously?

Sounds like a fantastic atmosphere at the Tim Hortons! The energetic and cheerful young staff create a welcoming vibe that adds a positive touch to the whole experience. Great to hear they're spreading good vibes even during long shifts!

The place is so big that you can spend your time with best friends of yours from dawn to dusk. No very busy in the morning but busy from time to time in the afternoon.
