Tim Hortons Major Mavkenzue Woodbridge

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly rude and showed no interest in serving customers at the drive-thru. One employee even hung out of the window and yelled at me to stop in the middle of the drive-thru, which I refused to do as I was unaware of what was happening inside the restaurant. The employee then proceeded to make faces, yell, and give me rude looks, arguing with me and my family for no apparent reason. The employee's name was Sara and the manager was Lisa. I do not recommend this store at all, as they are unnecessarily rude to customers.

Two different employees, telling us off and speaking very rudely because our Tim Hortons card didn 't work. This was obviously not helpful! We paid by a different means, but really didn 't need the attitude, when we went there in good faith to purchase goods from them. Definitely not the way to treat customers!!!

Every time I visit this restaurant, the food is always fresh and delicious. The restaurant is very clean and well-organized. The customer service is exceptional, as they always ensure that my order is exactly what I want.

This restaurant is incredibly dirty and unsanitary, with staff serving coffee in used cups and sometimes finding hair and strange bubbles inside. It's a health hazard and should be avoided.

This restaurant is extremely dirty and unsanitary. The employees serve coffee in dirty cups with hair and suspicious bubbles inside. It is a place that is a breeding ground for disease.
