Top Cafe is my new go-to for a chill late-night hangout. The food is just ok and the service is friendly, but the atmosphere is where this place really shines. One of the best price performance restaurants out there. We like it. There are a number of things going for it: efficient no nonsense service, good food, great pricing, casual and comfy atmosphere, and add to it, its unparalleled open hours. We recommend it.

Went for the set menu tonight. The food was of a good standard. The chef prepared it carefully and the service was good. I hope the standard can be maintained.

Terrible. Gave us the wrong food to go. Ordered chicken wings and fried rice and they gave us stew and octopus
