Nope. Absolutely horrible. Got the Toro ramen w tonkotsu broth, w wavy noodles. When the server placed the bowl on the table, I could smell the meat, not in a good way. It had a funky smell, like a funky tripe smell. It tasted burnt, like it had artificial smoke flavor added, the fat was not rendered and was gooey, not the delicious fat you want on meat. I literally spit the meat into my napkin. The broth was not good, it tasted starchy/gummy and smoky. The noodles were al dente but gummy at the same time. The one star is for the playboy roll, it was good but the mayo was bland and too much of it. They gave me a dried up lemon for my soda. My friend had the exact same issues w her meal as we...

Ate here last night with my two sons and it instantly became our go-to place to eat when we are in this area. The food tasted amazing, the broth is phenomenal, the noodles are perfect in texture and taste. My 9yo gave this restaurant a 5-star too. Nic waited on us. Got some gyoza and croquettes as appetizers. Gyōza were nice and crispy and the croquettes were fried nicely with such a soft, tasty inside. The ramen itself was good but they don't give you much pork, and only half an egg. I'd recommend getting the extra pork to make it worth it. The tonkotsu broth is good but very rich and heavy. I come here at the cottonwood location pretty regularly my servers Jess and Ethan so far have been my absolute favorite so personable and just plain old fantastic the food is AMAZING my go to is the fried tempura vegetables and the veggie lovers ramen so so good quick service nice atmosphere amazing sushi just all around my favorite place to eat Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
